Recognizes outstanding services by an adult individual or an organization for demonstrated involvement in the development and implementation of Scouting opportunities for Hispanic American/Latino youth.
As my involvement with scouting increased, I took it upon myself to take the training material that was available in english and translated the 217 deck powerpoint to spanish. This is something the national office took interest upon and decided to implement nationwide for all spanish speaking leaders. While doing this I was Leading Chair of spanish training for my non-english speaking volunteers who wanted to be leaders.
